Nesne<\/h2>\n<p>Mevcut genel ko\u015fullar, Belgaz SRL&#039;nin \u015fart ve ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ve m\u00fcstakil saray niteli\u011fini, elektrik ve gaz s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerini ve \u00f6zel ki\u015filer ile profesyoneller aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkileri tan\u0131mlama kriterlerine dayanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n<h2>2. Arac\u0131l\u0131k faaliyeti<\/h2>\n<p>Belgaz SRL orta d\u00fczeyde ayr\u0131cal\u0131kl\u0131 hizmet sunuyor. M\u00fc\u015fterinize yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in enerji hakk\u0131nda bilmeniz gereken her \u015fey:\n<ul>\n  <li>Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn tekliflerini kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n;<\/li>\n  <li>\u0130htiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131za g\u00f6re uyarlanacak d\u00f6rtl\u00fcy\u00fc se\u00e7in;<\/li>\n  <li>Fournisseur ile birlikte mobilya kontrat\u0131n\u0131 sonland\u0131r\u0131n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nM\u00fc\u015fteri teklifi kabul etti veya teklif etmedi.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>3. M\u00fc\u015fteri i\u00e7in \u00fccretsiz<\/h2>\n<p>Belgaz SRL taraf\u0131ndan sunulan arac\u0131l\u0131k hizmeti son olarak m\u00fc\u015fteri i\u00e7in \u00fccretsizdir, l\u00fctfen contraire expresse et \u00e9crite&#039;i belirtin.<br>\nBelgaz SRL, enerji ortaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fme etkinli\u011fine g\u00f6re y\u00f6nlendirmekten sorumludur.<\/p>\n\n<h2>4. M\u00fc\u015fteri y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00fc\u015fteri \u015funlar\u0131 taahh\u00fct eder:\n<ul>\n  <li>G\u00fcnl\u00fck ve kesin bilgiler;<\/li>\n  <li>Mobilyalar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in bo\u015fluklar\u0131n dava konusu olmas\u0131n\u0131 ve dava s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015flamas\u0131n\u0131 asla beklemeyin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>5. Garantinin olmamas\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>Belgaz SRL, se\u00e7im s\u00fcrecinde s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin kabul edilece\u011fini garanti etmez. Kabul, ticaret politikas\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131yla ilgilidir.<\/p>\n\n<h2>6. Sorumluluk<\/h2>\n<p>Belgaz SRL bu konudan sorumlu de\u011fildir:\n<ul>\n  <li>Taraf\u0131n verdi\u011fi kararlar veya hatalar;<\/li>\n  <li>Des evrim tarifeleri apr\u00e8s souscription;<\/li>\n  <li>M\u00fc\u015fterinin verdi\u011fi bilginin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>7. S\u00fcre ve Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k<\/h2>\n<p>Mevcut ko\u015fullar Belgaz SRL arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yap\u0131lan ileti\u015fimin bedeli i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir. M\u00fc\u015fteri, tedarik\u00e7i ile s\u00f6zle\u015fme imzalanmadan \u00f6nce herhangi bir zamanda s\u00f6zle\u015fmeden muaf tutulur.<\/p>\n\n<h2>8. Donn\u00e9es personeli (RGPD)<\/h2>\n<p>Belgaz SRL, R\u00e8glement G\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la Protection des Donn\u00e9es&#039;e (RGPD) sayg\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Toplanan koleksiyonlar \u015funlar i\u00e7in benzersiz bir \u015fekilde faydal\u0131d\u0131r:\n<ul>\n  <li>Konsomasyon profilini analiz eden;<\/li>\n  <li>Enerji adaptasyonuna y\u00f6nelik bir s\u00f6zle\u015fme \u00f6nerin;<\/li>\n  <li>Communiquer avec les fournisseurs partenaires.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nBu, r\u0131za olmadan ortak olmayan ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan aktar\u0131lmaz.
