The present conditions are not applicable for the price of contact via Belgaz SRL. The client is disengaged at any time before the signature of a contract with a supplier.

8. Données personnelles (RGPD)

Belgaz SRL respects the Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD). The collected collections are uniquely useful for:

• Analyzer le profile de consommation ;

10. Litiges et droit applicable

Le droit belge s'applique. More than any legal relèvera des tribunaux de Bruxelles, sauf dispositions légales contraires.
